PowerSeller is a comprehensive secondary marketing/pipeline risk management/data handling system composed of the Secondary Manager, Risk Manager, Post Closing Manager and Data Manager. PowerSeller is Windows based and may be used with a variety of relational databases such as MS SQL Server and Oracle.

Risk Manager also provides hedging functionality including: loan allocation decision support; production source productivity reporting; cash vs. MBS value comparison; OMSR vs. agency buyup and buydown comparison; off sheet pricing: market driven, OMSR based, risk based; rate sheet production: market driven, risk based; and SRP table production. Risk Manager’s combination of packaged tools, reports, an open database structure and powerful report writing capabilities makes it the reliable resource for tackling the SFAS 133/138 accounting challenges.

• Post Closing Manager - Features include document tracking; integrated work queuing; customizable work queues; complete history of all key events for all documents and tasks; unlimited documents, tasks, status codes; shipping; automatic time stamp and user stamp of all activity; post closing functionality; customizable screens; batch updates for multiple loans; includes Integrated task tracking; and paper-free operation.

• Data Manager - PowerSeller's underlying data management system provides both data functionality and business functionality for the secondary marketing/risk management arena. The Data Manager provides tools for "data scrubbing" Import; Export; query and reports building; access and security; quick loan trades; and bid packaging.
